Model Releases and model information
Model releases have been signed by all models whose images appear within this web site This standard signed model release allows me to use and publish the image and reproduce model name(s) if needed. I try to inform all models whenever their image is used, so should someone wish to use an image please notify me about the usage so that I can inform the model.
Also I do not give out model's personal information (unless required in writing), so please do not ask. On some images, I will use the name of the model (first and sometimes last) in titling the image so that there is a personal association to the image. Some models have asked that information regarding the model be included with the image, however at this time I am not giving out model contact information or links. I will in the future setup links to model web pages and contact information as needed/requested. (Trust me, the use of model information has become a pain in the you know where). I am currently adding information to images to identify and personalize the images.
Your support of my work and art is appreciated. Please enjoy these images online. Other limited usage is allowed as described below.
Altering an Image
Please do not alter any images presented on this web site. Do not remove any copyright or title information. Contrast may be correct for the medium on which the image is to be presented, but no other alterations are allowed unless I am contacted and agree to image change.
Personal Use
By personal use, I am O. K. with someone/anyone wanting to print one of my pictures to use in personal school project, for an art critique, to create a screen saver or cover to a crack in your wall. I ask that you please notify me and give me credit for the image. If the image is used in a critique, please include me in the critique by emailing me critique review summary. I have received a number of e-mails from students and viewers asking if it is O. K. to use an image as a screen saver or a personal school project, trust me I am very happy to say, “yes” to this usage.
